Welcome to Quick Basket. These Terms of Service govern your use of our payment platform for purchasing fruit juice products at our physical location in Accra, Ghana.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Description

Quick Basket operates a physical juice stand where customers can purchase fresh fruit juices. Our payment platform allows customers to make payments using mobile money through Paystack.

Our service is intended only for customers who will physically collect their juice products at our stand. We do not offer delivery services.

3. User Accounts

To use our payment platform, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep this information updated.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions.

Once payment is made through our platform, you will receive your juice product in person at our stand. Please bring your transaction reference or receipt as proof of payment.

All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and include all applicable taxes.

5. Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

  • We do not offer refunds once the juice has been prepared and served.
  • If you are not satisfied with your juice or there is an issue with your order, please speak with our staff immediately at the time of collection.
  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Product Availability

We strive to maintain adequate inventory of all fruit varieties for our juices. However, certain fruits may be subject to seasonal availability.

We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal quality if necessary, subject to your approval at the time of collection.

7. User Conduct

When using our service, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Submit false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

We make no warranties about the quality, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our products for any purpose.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our website or email.

Your continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
